Sorry, I don't know the name of the behavior but I've recorded two videos to
show you the problem:

Note the random wires between two lines. The problem both exists on Konsole and
Ark.
I'm using a Dell Inspiron 7347 with an Intel i5-4210U. The operation system is
Manjaro Linux, alone with KDE 5.10.4 and KDE framework 5.36.0 . The display is
1.3x scaled in the System Settings.
I don't know where the problem lies. Please move this to the correct section.
