Using the latest plasma/framework the building of kile 2.9.60 from git is no
longer finding the
correct poppler, should find poppler-qt5. Okular5 git have recently fixed this
problem. That
patch can be adopted to Kile, which I tested and it works.
For some reason though while these patches find the correct poppler-qt5 and it
works it is
still issuing a message that the optional poppler is not found.
