Sometimes if one uses Get New Stuff some item cannot be installed because for
example the provided URL is no longer valid.
If would be nice if there was
1) either a feedback button to report faulty items
2) or some text describing how the quality assurance works so that the user can
determine if and how it is possible to help out to remove faulty items
