Device - Android phone.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Plug in phone.
2. Remember amount of available free space on it.
3. Copy some file > 1MB to clipboard.
4. Paste copied file into phone storage.
5. Wait for file transfer to complete.
6. Take a look at available free space on phone device - it doesn't changed.
