Probably dolphin should have an option like some browsers to allow to recover
the previous state even when exited normally.
When a plasma session is closed and opened again, all the dolphin tabs and
directories are restored, but if you install a dolphin plugin and has to exit
and open it again for the plugin to start working, all the tabs and directories
are lost.
