CURRENT:
1) Drag and drop a file on the desktop
2) A menu opens with Move, Copy, Link
3) After a few milliseconds the menu gets more items, e.g. "Folder View" or
"Icon"
4) Select either of those.
5) Nothing happens when widgets are locked.
EXPECTED:
A notice could be shown indicating that the widgets have to be unlocked first.
