If internet was disabled before Discover launch - infinite 'Still Looking'
spinner also appears.
My proposals are:
1. Add timeout (like 10sec) for 'Still Looking' spinner if internet connection
was lost in the middle of loading of addons.
2. Display download error after that timeout.
3. Add 'Try Again' button for retrying.
