When opening skanlite, the device list is shown in a special window. When
having more than 2 scanners, one has to scroll in that list to see additional
ones. Resizing the window fixes this, but the dimension of this window is not
remembered for the next run of skanlite.

UI optimizations for the *main window* of skanlite are in

device list window
