I was able to reproduce this bug for a couple of times - it's reproducible ~1 out of 5 or 10 times. 4 tabs were opened - 2 tabs with long files, 1 tab with file that fits into screen vertically without scrolling (768px device) and 1 tab was empty 'Untitled' tab.
