I have added a clip into the first video lane.
Cutting the beginning of the clip by marking the desired start and then
dragging the beginning of the bar to the timeline cursor works fine.
Trying the same at the end of the clip does not work: I can drag the border to
the timeline cursor, but it does not cut the end. Instead, it just makes the
end invisible on the video lane.
Reproducible: Always
