After a few seconds after login i look to 'top', there is plasmashell running
with 15-30 %CPU usage, but the system is in idle state
I tried a few fixes found in the internet (NotificationIcon.qml ->
PlasmaComponents.BusyIndicator -> running: [active|false])
nothing worked ...
ksysguard is indicating only ~ 5 % ... why the difference, whats true ?
i use a note-/ultrabook and my cpu is heating my legs and the battery is low
very fast ...
please, please fix this bug soon ... only help is killall / kstart plasmashell
... but after a while the cpuload is high again ...
Using latest stable KDE Neon, Plasma 5.10.4 ...
