I confirm this. Ark 17.08.0, rar 5.50, unrar 5.50
dd if=/dev/zero of=a.dat bs=5M count=10
dd if=/dev/zero of=b.dat bs=5M count=10
rar a -v3k test.rar a.dat b.dat
rm test.part*2*
unrar e -or test.part*1*
Ark can't open it, unrar can both list archive contents and extract file that
isn't devided.
