umbrello/KF5 based on KDE Frameworks 5.36 does not have keyboard shortcuts for
doc windows. Instead it show '&' in the related strings
1. download a portable snapshot for windows from
https://software.opensuse.org/package/mingw32-umbrello5-portable?search_term=mingw32-umbrello5-portable
2. unpack and start umbrello
What happens ?
The mentioned shortcuts are not available
What is expected ?
The mentioned shortcuts should be visible as underscored characters and should
be functional
