openSUSE 42.1 Leap with latest plasma/kde frameworks from obs. My pc has two
monitors attached to it.
On the Energy Saving tab in System Settings->Power Management I've unchecked
all options except for "Screen Energy Saving" which is set to switch off after
90 min.
Despite this the monitors never switch off, even when I lock the screen.

1. Open System Settings->Power Management
2. Uncheck all options.
3. Check Screen Energy saving and set it to switch off after 90 min
Actual Results:
The screens never switch off
Expected Results:
The screens go into power save mode after 90 min (how it worked in openSUSE
13.2 with KDE 4.x)
