I am working on an animation. When I try to render animation to GIF, the
frames get exported to PNG files, but the resulting GIF only has a subset of
those frames. For instance, rendering from frame 176 to 420 results in a GIF
with only 79 frames. The proper number of PNG files are generated, however. I
am using ffmpeg version 2.7.2
