Concerning your issue, I see in you sceen capture that: 1- You are on a card account 2- You did the reconciliation with a link on the account TSB-000 This mode of reconciliation is mainly used for card with deferred debit. In this mode a new operation is create on the card account. This operation can explain why you don't have the expected balance. I think you shouldn't use this mode. You should undo the reconciliation and do the reconciliation with the linked account "blank". Reopen this incident if you are not satisfied by my answer. Regards.
