a proposed icon, 32x32 version
in Kirigami, i use two popular "menu" icons as handles in the bottom part of
the screen, the "hamburger menu" icon at bottom left and the 3 dots menu con at
bottom right, which is sometimes technically called "overflow menu icon" while
i don't need the actual icons in those buttons as i paint them in a different
way, i need those icons in other places of the ui as well, we do have the
hamburger menu (as application-menu and open-menu-symbolic, what's the most
correct name?)
but we are still missing the other menu icon, which i think "overflow-menu"
could be a good name as is the technical name that icon is sometimes referred
on Android
