The Present Windows Effect lags (is not animated) on the first activation if
close buttons are enabled.
Maybe its caused by CloseWindowView:
The object is created on the fly @PresentWindowsEffect::setActive, it also
creates a QQuickView and calls QStandardPaths::locate.
