If the glitch didn't start appearing when you updated Krita, something else has changed on your system to cause the problem. Redownloading Krita also won't make a difference: replacing some bits on your disk with exactly the same bits doesn't change the way your computer operates. There must be something wrong with your settings, either Krita's settings or the settings of your tablet.
