steps to reproduce:
1. use chroma key or any of the other tools that have the drop icon option to
pick a color on the screen
2. pick a color
3. click on the color and note the html value for the color
4. click pick screen color inside the dialog and put the cursor under the same
place
5. Compare values. They are different
