I am using Kubuntu 15.10 with Plasma 5.5.3 from backports PPA.
This bug is still occurring for me when resuming from sleep intermittently.
Replugging is fine.
Something must have changed that makes it happen intermittently instead of
constantly, but it's still a pain. Shall I submit a different bug?
