This sounds like the intel opengl driver bug. Check whether changing the
renderer to Angle makes a difference: Settings/Configure Krita/Display . If it
does make a difference, please paste the output of Help/System Information for
Bug Reports into a comment on this bug so we can blacklist your display
chip/driver combination.
