In 2.9.11 , the bug changed: It's still impossible to save after doing a
move-tool action. Now a dialog appears ( screenshot in attachement ) inviting
to wait but you can wait eternally. Pressing the "Cancel Operation and Save" is
the only possibility, and it undo the last move operation.
workaround: blink the layer visibility after doing a move-tool action and
before saving.
