4. Restart Kdenlive, "Manage project profiles" > "Create new profile", select
"deleteme" and click "Delete profile". No error message, no success message,
and the profile is still in the list. You can "delete" it multiple times, no
error messages. If you restart Kdenlive it no longer shows.
