This is something I had in mind, and I believe this function would be useful
for Krita as everybody who use Krita can benefits from manipulating vibrance.
It can be used for correcting vibrancy of a image or a layer. What does
vibrance do? Let's see...

According to this article, it only influence muted colors. For painters who
like to use muted colors might like having more control over their vibrancy,
and it can be used for correcting an entire image without having to convert to
LAB and apply symmetrical S form on the A and B channel to increase vibrancy.
