Bug ID: 359347 Summary: Kate crashes when HDMI is plugged in/unplugged Product: kate Version: unspecified Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: crash Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kwrite-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: jschneider2...@gmail.com I am running Kate (version 15.08.2) in Ubuntu 15.10 on a laptop (System76 Lemur). Whenever I plug in or unplug my external monitor (through the HDMI port), Kate segfaults and crashes. Here is a log of what happens when I start kate up from a terminal and then plug in my monitor. Let me know if there's any other information I can provide that would be useful. jon@jon-s76:~$ kate Attempted to re-run an already running session. uint DBusMenuExporterDBus::GetLayout(int, int, const QStringList&, DBusMenuLayoutItem&): Condition failed: menu Segmentation fault -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
