This means you only have a 32-bit driver installed and no 64-bit driver. The
32-bit version of Krita would probably work, but I don't recommend using it
instead of fixing your driver if possible.

The Bamboo Fun seems to be discontinued by Wacom and the latest driver I can
find dates back to 2014, but you can still try to install it:
http://www.wacom.com/en-us/support/bamboo-support
Make sure you uninstall your current driver first. No guarantee though.
