This happens because one of the layers the filter produces in this case is not
supposed to be positioned at 0,0 (which is where Krita will place it).

Some G'MIC filters ("Extract foreground [interactive]" included) will encode
layer position, opacity, and blending mode information in the layer name that
gets sent to Krita, but Krita isn't doing anything with it at the moment.
