Live streaming of netcdf4 files doesn't appear to work as expected. Manually
updating the datasource successfully updates the plot, but change detection
does not appear to have an effect. In addition, using netcdf3_classic in the
writer instread of netcdf4, the live streaming works as expected. Could this
instead be an issue with the way underlying netcdf4/hdf5 libraries handle open
files?
