Now you move to the bottom, but no luck, it already disappeared. Appearing again when reaching the bottom feels a bit clunky to me. - The top screen border is the hot border, so in order to not trigger the toolbar you move your mouse away. Having an additional hot border at the bottom would make this much more difficult, especially when presenting on external monitors. IOW, top is hot, bottom is cold.
