problem playing and pausing video in project monitor.
on initially adding video to track, then pressing Play button plays the video.
pressing Pause, pauses the video. problem arises when next pressing Play, it
only advances one frame at a time.
selecting loop zone, on first selecting, it plays fine but pressing Pause,
pauses play and pressing Play then only advances one frame at a time.
selecting play zone, same problem. plays fine on first selection. pressing
Pause, pauses play but pressing Play only advances one frame at a time.
forward and rewind work as expected (i presume as expected, they either play
the video backwards or forwards) until pressing Pause then they do not work.
