Summary says it all, when using the "Preview" tab in either Kdevelop or Kate,
I'm unable to use CTRL+C and CTRL+V but also unable to disassociate these
shortcuts. I think its a better tradeoff if the webview declares no shortcuts
at all (or with blank defaults) and giving priority to right-mouse clicks for
those that need to copy the HTML.
