okular 4:17.12.0-0neon+16.04+xenial+build35 from KDE neon does not support
epub.
The Okular FAQ [1] directs to a Launchpad bug [2], which explains that it is
not possible to build Okular against epub libraries, because, while the former
lives in main, the latter lives in universe. While this might be very well
true for Ubuntu, I do not think this applies to KDE neon, which is itself an
addition to Ubuntu, hence does not live in main and should thus also be able to
depend on packages in universe. Please correct me, if I am wrong.
