After enabling the "Ninja" plugin in KDevelop, I was able to set the default
build program to "Ninja" in the "CMake" plugin. But in the project settings the
configuration of the "Make" tools vanishes while at the same time no "Ninja"
settings are visible. You need to restart KDevelop so that these settings are
finally vivisble.
