It seems that switching to a palette having color swatches with long names
causes the Palette docker to expand at restart without being able to resize it
back. Steps:
1) Switch to a palette that has swatches with long names
2) Restart
Actual Results: at restart, the Palette docker is much wider and it's
impossible to resize it back
Expected Results: don't change the Palette docker sizes at restart if color
swatches have long names
