The rule.
When I try to create a new file, or a new folder (it can happen in other
applications I am sure), the filename/foldername dialog that appears in the
task manager is minimized EVERY TIME. It also is orange. At first I thought
that it didn't appear but it was just minimized.
I managed to fix the problem by adding the window rule you can see in the
description.
