I installed Krita 4, build 36 on my Surface Pro 4. So far I have no pressure
variance with my pen. I have tried both the Win Tab and Windows Ink base
setting in Krita with no success. All other apps like Sketchbook, Leonardo, and
Ink work fine as did Krita 3.3.2 and 3.3.3
