Ok, I tried to install the dbgsym-packages and noticed that there was a version
mismatch. Somehow, plasma-discover did not update correctly but apt told me
that everything is up to date. I don't know why this happened. I removed all
the plasma-discover packages and reinstalled them again. Now it starts without
crashing.
