I think that this one and bug 377473 are related. My guess is still there is a
broken configuration of KWallet. If you try to connect to an unknown wireless
network, you get a dialog in the applet itself and we then call
NM::addAndActivateConnection(params), which adds a new connection and attempts
to save the password to KWallet. If KWallet is not working then the password is
not saved and later on if NM tries to activate the connection it asks for the
password, because we told to NM it is saved on our side, but actually it cannot
be found in KWallet and our deamon then prompts for the password. I haven't
been able to reproduce this bug neither bug 377473.
