CMake meta-targets in projects view
Since KDevelop 5.2(.1?) the "Projects" view is filled upp with CMake
meta-targets such as "edit_cache" "install", "install/local", "install/strip",
"list_install_components" and "rebuild_cache". They are replicated in every
directory in the project tree.
These are not very useful in my opinion and occupy valuable screen estate for
no good reason. It is also not possible to get rid of them with the "Exclude
item from project" option since that only applies to files and folders, not
meta-objects. KDevelop 5.1.2 did not have this behaviour.
I'm not sure if this is a new "feature" or a regression but I would like to get
rid of them somehow.
Attached is a screenshot of a completely fresh project. It's my own project
template but it does the same if I use the built-in "Standard/Terminal"
template but that doesn't have multiple directories.
