When GTK3 applications are forced to request SSDs instead of CSDs, decorations
are again either not shown, or show SSD in addition to CSD.
When you fixed the previous bug, Martin, that only fixed the problem when CSDs
were always being requested. Now, when SSDs are requested, this breaks again.
