I noticed that sometimes after session restore - global menu widget is
displaying menu for one instance of two, sometimes for none and sometimes for
both instances of same launched app in:
Plasma: 5.11.5
Apps: 17.12.1
Qt: 5.10.0
Frameworks: 5.42.0
Kernel: 4.14.14-1-MANJARO
tried with Konsole, Dolphin and Kate
