This is likely an issue with your icon theme or some other configuration, not
Dolphin itself, as many people can and do run Dolphin our of a KDE Plasma
environment and see all the icons displayed per their active icon theme. I'd
recommend reporting the issue on an Arch support forum. Thanks!
