While running Plasma (plasmashell), install/remove some package with package
manager (I use dnf on Fedora), so that it runs update-mime-database. When
update-mime-database runs, plasmashell's CPU load is around 45% which is much
higher than usual, I think it can be reduced by reactive to filesystem changes
less aggressively.
