Skrooge Date Bug
The date format for the register is different from the details form. The split
section matches the desired format.
See the attached image which shows the register in the desired YYYY-MM-DD
format. But the Date dropdown field shows DD/MM/YYYY.
I don't know if this is related to 356391:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356391
I think this is slightly different because it is asking for consistency between
date fields using existing date formats.
