Hmm, https://packages.ubuntu.com/artful/amd64/krename/filelist shows me

/usr/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/krename_all_nonrec.desktop

...
So I'm not sure what's wrong there. Perhaps some runtime component is missing
with the general move to KF5/Qt5.
If you're willing to compile krename yourself, you can also test the beta
version of the upcoming v5:
