I'm used to deal with layer modes, previously I worked with various 2d
software. .
The amount of available layer modes in Krita however, is excessive - maybe
better if users can manage what layer modes we want - configurable in
preferences. (I tried krita's layer modes by the way)
The thing is, developers aren't artists using their software to paint, so they
go with best intentions. Maybe the layer modes involve great math formulas
behind, but this doesn't mean they're useful in painting.
