Panning the canvas is noticeable slower with ruler enabled when under high zoom
level (> 1000%).
Found in krita-nightly-x64-v4.0.0.51-222-g34bb24e195, not on beta 1. I
suspected the commit
https://phabricator.kde.org/R37:ba60778bd55071449c56acd78c056623ce7e7ac6 to
have introduced the regression, confirmation needed.
