Screenshot - in data entry should show 02/07/2018 (as in window above), not
07/02/2018. Fortunately I am bilingual, but it does irk.
I have selected month-day-year date format throughout my Ubuntu applications
and this is correct everywhere (including in Skrooge in other windows), but the
data entry panel under Operations stays as day-month-year. This is an
annoyance, does not prevent function.
