The BSD server has it, but my home builds of the same code don't. It may indeed
be a parallelization issue: Bhushan said that he thought the file was later
renamed, so there might just be a dependency missing. I remember someone
mentioning it on IRC as well -- so that's a home FreeBSD build that falls over,
too.
I have not yet sat down to really look at the problem -- it might also be a
difference in CMake generators, e.g. BSD make vs. Ninja vs. gmake.
